To better serve our students and industry partners, OTTAIFI operates two strategically located training facilities in Cavite, designed to deliver both classroom instruction and hands-on, real-world experience:

OTTAIFI Carmona – Golden Mile Business Park, Carmona, Cavite
Our primary training hub is equipped with industry-grade machines and simulation environments ideal for foundational and advanced technical training.
OTTAIFI GMA – Brgy. Maguyam, General Mariano Alvarez (GMA), Cavite
Our newest facility, built to expand our capacity and provide enhanced, modernized training spaces for practical assessments and specialized programs.

These facilities ensure that every trainee receives immersive, practical exposure aligned with actual field conditions.

OTTAIFI Carmona

Strategically located at Golden Mile Business Park in Carmona, Cavite, the facility is in close proximity to three of our key subsidiaries: Kilton Motor Corporation, specializing in diesel generator solutions; KNK Equipment and Machinery, focused on heavy construction equipment; and Bayfield Equipment, dedicated to road machinery.

OTTAIFI GMA

A newly constructed two-story facility located in Maguyam, GMA, Cavite, this building is purpose-built exclusively for OneSource Technical Training and Assessment Institute Foundation Incorporated (OTTAIFI). Designed to deliver a comprehensive and hands-on learning environment, the facility integrates modern training spaces with industry-standard equipment to ensure the highest level of technical education.

450 sq meters of workshop floor area
150 sq meters of presentation workshop floor space
1000 sq meters of outdoor training for heavy machineries
Three 30-seat fully air-conditioned classrooms
equipped with workshop tables, projectors and glass presenter boards
6-person bunk areas with full bath
